For boardrooms and hybrid meeting rooms, ProAVCom integrates ceiling microphones (Relacart ACM-600 and BM-113, beyerdynamic MPR 210 W), DSP processing and PTZ cameras. At Chilquinta, we integrated a Vissonic Cleacon 1 Wireless system into its corporate videoconferencing.
Boardrooms and hybrid meetings
The boardroom is no longer only in-person: today it combines attendees in the room with remote participants, and the quality must be the same for both. That depends on a DSP that delivers clean voice without echo or feedback, PTZ cameras that frame whoever is speaking, and an integration that makes the meeting easy to run. We design each room according to its size and the platform in use, leaving it ready for hybrid meetings, recording and board sessions without technical friction.

Ceiling microphones for meeting rooms
A ceiling microphone keeps the table clear and picks up participants without them having to lean into a microphone. The Relacart ACM-600 is an array microphone with beamforming, full-duplex echo cancellation, AI noise reduction and Dante/AES67 output; according to the manufacturer, each unit covers up to 7.6 × 7.6 m, with voice-activated and full-pickup modes. The beyerdynamic MPR 210 W Ceiling uses a Revoluto array with a horizontal corridor-type pattern, designed for rooms that need freedom of movement and a barely visible microphone. The Relacart BM-113 is a cardioid condenser microphone with a short gooseneck for ceiling installation. We integrate them with the room's DSP, which feeds the voice to the loudspeakers and the videoconference.
