Overview
The VIS‑PMU series is a paperless multimedia conference system designed for public institutions, large enterprises, and executive meeting rooms.
It replaces paper documentation with Full HD touchscreens at each seat, connected via a Gigabit network for information sharing and meeting management.
Each unit integrates professional microphone audio, voting, interpretation, document management, and service functions — all controlled from a paperless conference server.
The different variants (desktop, flush-mount, large display, array mic) allow adaptation to different table types and design requirements.

- 11.6" or 15.6" Full HD touchscreen for document reading, annotations, whiteboard, and meeting control.
- Integrated gooseneck or array microphone with Hi-Fi audio processing (48 kHz, 20 Hz – 20 kHz) and AGC, AFC, ANC, and auto-mix functions in the central processor.
- Advanced features: electronic signature, agenda, floor management, 3/5-button voting, simultaneous interpretation with a 64-channel selector, internal messaging, and services.
- CAT5e daisy-chain connection with "Hand-in-Hand-Loop-Network" type redundancy for high reliability.
- Integration with the paperless management server for room booking, seat layout design, document preloading, and meeting record archiving at the end of the session.
